For visitors
The Museum of the Benedictine Abbey of Tihany can be visited without making an appointment in advance. If you require a guide, you can find the fee under the opening Hours menu item. Please inform us 5 days prior to your planned visit either by email (turizmus@tihanyiapatsag.hu). Opening hours may change seasonally. Please refer to our opening hours.
The Abbey Church may be visited free of charge by anyone desiring spiritual immersion or wishing to pray.

- The Abbey does not have a car park for use by visitors. Recommended parking place: the car park near the cemetery and other parking lots in the village
